Cup choice comes first
An event may use several cup sizes, rim profiles and materials. Send the cup supplier’s dimensions or a rim measurement for each format. A cover intended for a pub glass cannot be assumed to fit a reusable event cup.
Map the handout points
Would covers be offered at each bar, at a dedicated information point or alongside drinks? Consider how guests would receive fitting information and how staff would identify the intended cup size. Your proposed approach can inform product development.
Match the plan to your event
Share the event date, expected attendance, number of bars and estimated cover quantities. Attendance alone does not determine cover demand. DrinkArmor is still in development, so availability and delivery timing must be confirmed before you include it in an event plan or promise it to guests.
Branding and disposal need decisions
Tell us about sponsor artwork and any venue waste requirements. Print options and material suitability remain subject to supplier confirmation. We do not yet claim that the cover is recyclable, compostable or suitable for a particular waste stream; final guidance will depend on the production materials.
